Balloting officially closed at the end of the public hearing on October 23. Preliminary results indicate the assessment was supported by property owners with 61.5% of the weighted vote. Official results will be presented to the Board of Trustees at its November 6 meeting. The Board will consider approval of the assessment at that time. If approved by the Board, assessments will first appear on tax bills in fall 2026.
