Reclamation District No. 800 (RD 800) will be holding a Public Hearing at which the Board of Trustees will attend. RD 800 is therefore noticing this as a Board Meeting, although no actions of the Board of Trustees will be taken. Public Hearing regarding the proposed Maintenance and Capital Assessment District pursuant to the requirements of Article XIIID Section 4 (e) of the California Constitution (Proposition 218), Government Code Section 53753 (d) (Proposition 218 Omnibus Implementation Act), Government Code Section 54715 et. seq. (the Benefit Assessment Act of 1982) and RD 800 Board of Trustees Resolutions R25-10 and R25-11.
